Shipping & Returns

           The International Biker Mall strives to achieve 100% customer satisfation on all transactions. Orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS, normally within a day of when they are received. In the rare occassion where a mistake is made and a customer receives a different product than ordered or one with a manufacturing defect, a customer should email us for an authorized return number and ship the item back for a full refund, including all shipping charges.                     

Customers who receive a defective item or an item shipped as the result of an error by the International Biker Mall are entitled to a full refund, including all shipping charges, as long as the return reaches the International Biker Mall within the 15-Day authorized return period. Please be sure your return reaches the International Biker Mall within 15 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system). 


Returns must be in original packaging and in good condition:

 All returned items must include all original packaging, including tags, and be in good condition. If the International Biker Mall receives your return in a damaged condition or missing the original packaging, or with tags removed the item will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

 The International Biker Mall is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.   
 
Restocking fees: All items, except those returned because of manufacturing defects, an International Biker Mall error e.g., wrong item shipped etc.,  are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges, both initial and return, are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable,

 

Customers returning items for exchange must  contact the  International Biker Mall, within 10 days of receipt, for an RMA number and shipping instructions.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges for both the returned and replacement item and a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in good condition with original packaging, and tags attached. Items returned in damaged condition or without packaging and tags attached will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.


Note: All fixed shipping costs on product pages are for the lower 48 United States. All other customers should email us for a shipping quote before placing order.
