Shipping and Returns Policies

The International Biker Mall strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction on all transactions. Orders are shipped UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS, normally within 1 business day of when they are received. In the rare occasion where a mistake is made and a customer receives a different product than ordered or one with a manufacturing defect, the customer should email us at intbikermall@sbcglobal.net for an authorized return number and ship the item back for a full refund, including all shipping charges.                     

Customers who receive a defective item or an item shipped as the result of an error by the International Biker Mall are entitled to a full refund, including all shipping charges, as long as they contact us within 7 days of delivery and the return reaches the International Biker Mall within the 30-Day authorized return period.


Returns must be in original packaging and in good condition:

 All returned items must include all original packaging, including tags, and be in good condition. If the International Biker Mall receives your return in a damaged condition or missing the original packaging, or with tags removed the item will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

 The International Biker Mall is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.   
 
 
 

Customers returning items for exchange or refund must email the International Biker Mall at intbikermall@sbcglobal.net, within 7 days of receipt, for an RMA number and shipping instructions. There is no charge for an exchange and no restocking fee on returns but customer is responsible for shipping charges for both the returned and replacement item.  In the case of items sold with FREE SHIPPING, the cost of original shipping will be charged on items returned for exchange or refund.  All returned items must be in good condition with original packaging, and tags attached. Items returned in damaged condition or without packaging and tags attached will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense. 

Note: All Free shipping and fixed shipping costs on product pages are for the lower 48 United States. All other customers should email us for a shipping quote before placing order. International shipping charges do not include any taxes or tariffs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Every effort is made to ensure that availability status is kept up to date on all products. However, occasions will occur when the product or product size you order could be out of stock. If this happens, you will be contacted as soon as possible  with projected delivery dates and given the option of leaving your order on backorder or receiving a full refund.
